Electional Astrology  is based on the specific date, time and place of an event or specific occurrence.  Horary Readings are based on the time that the client poses the question.  Have you ever wondered what a person thinking or what the intention was when a person contacted you, called you, texted or emailed you?  The time of the event, or the communications can tell you lots about what’s going to happen next and what the background motivations, thoughts and purpose or intentions were.
